About Us

Chandanni and Chris Miglino have been traveling and practicing yoga, meditation and mindfulness for over fifteen years. They have four children who have also been fostered around these practices and principles. They always wondered what life would have been like if they had been introduced to yoga, meditation, mindfulness and travels to India at an earlier age. Especially in our formidable years of high school, we are moving from being children to young adults. It is during these invaluable years that our state of mind and emotional well being is shaped. Exposing kids to diverse cultures, tools and practices of well being can give them insight to themselves and the world.
